Take a short drive out East of Carthage, Missouri along Hwy 96 (Old Route 66) to the Old Time Reunion Event Complex, located at 12275 Kafir Road. On your arrival, you'll experience a charming outdoor country setting with all the new buildings having been built in various barn styles. This architectural barn theme is just one of the many ways we plan to pay tribute to our American Farmers.
Our big gambrel style dairy barn, we call it Legacy Barn, is a beautiful new event venue that offers state of the art technology. Legacy Barn accommodates up to 176 guests seated at tables for a self-serve buffet style dinner. The Legacy Barn is an excellent country style venue for class or family reunion gatherings, corporate business seminars, company meetings, holiday parties, etc.
Our Farm Country Kitchen offers an assortment of on site meal catering options to compliment your special event.
We provide a convenient gravel parking lot that can accommodate all your guests as well as booked event entertainers and their tour busses.
Old Time Reunion country venue also offers lots of opportunities for outdoor events, outdoor music concerts, farm & tractor events, car shows, food cook-off events, fiddle contests, etc. If you can dream it, we can probably do it for you.
However, we are not a wedding venue.

Legacy Barn can provide three event options:
- Seated: Round tables: 176 Guests (144 Main Floor / 32 Loft)
- Theater Seating: Up to 250 Guests on Main Floor
- Standing / Visiting: Up to 300 Guests
All Events Public and Private are booked by appointment.
You'll have a chance to see the facility you're contracting to rent, receive catering menus, make choices for table covers, select date/s and times for your event. You'll fill out your rental contract agreement. Additionally, a $350 non-refundable security deposit is payable at he time of booking to hold your date. Your deposit will be applied against your total invoice that will be due and payable on or before the date of your scheduled event.
