Each morning around three, our Pitmaster arrives to load the BBQ Smoker with an assortment of beef, pork and poultry. The Baking Crew arrives around four to mix, knead and roll the pastries and breads that will be served at the Livery Draught House Grill. Our Cooks arrive around five to prep an ample assortment of burgers, sandwiches, salads and lots of farm fresh food choices to fill our Country Sideboard.
And so goes each day as we prepare to serve lots of hungry guests who visit Old Time Reunion.
We’re excited to announce some of the features of our new BBQ Smokehouse and Prep Kitchen here at Old Time Reunion.
This new kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare country fare from fresh baked pies to state of the art BBQ and Sunday fried chicken dinners with a German flair.
Our philosophy is simple, prepare the finest quality meats, serve farm fresh produce whenever possible and serve freshly baked breads, pies and cakes.
We appreciate all the folks we serve and we’re committed to giving back to this community.
